  • For special applications, we will custom cut frame sets from any of our standard J-channels: SC-60, SC-70, JC-1/8" or JC-1/4".
  • We cut these on special order only, and require a little extra lead time.
  • Also inquire about our vinyl pocket , which can serve the same purpose for thinner single sheet materials.
  • 90š or 45š cuts are burrless.

  • Use for easy change-out of large signage. Works best with card stock, or the thinner plastic rigid stock up to .100" thick.
  • Custom order in black or white PVC, minimum order 2500ft., can be cut into four-sided frame sets with or without adhesive tape.
  • Size specification is 1.5" wide x .35" thick. This frame will cover up to 1" of the outside edge or your sign when installed.
