Do you do custom part design?

We design and produce parts for special display projects. We got our start in the custom display business and have 25 years experience solving tough display problems inexpensively. If it's die cut, molded, vacuum formed, bent out of wire or plastic, or any combination of the above, we can help.

Do you do custom runs?

We can produce most of our parts in special lengths, custom colors, and with either tape or magnets pre-applied. This includes our Bannerails, Card Holders, our Extra Wide and Narrow Sign Feet, Poster Tubes, Mini Poster Tubes, Sign Holders, UPC Card Holders, Flag Poles, "H", "J", "C" Channels, and other custom profiles. Custom Tape Application

Many of our parts can be customized with peel and stick tape; typically foam tape, sometimes film tape. We can help you determine a tape style and size, then quote you a price. Custom taping requires a little extra lead time.

Product Packaging

How do you package your products? Our items can be bagged to suit you specifications, including labeling or multiple products in a single bag. Bagging is a separate charge, ask for a quote.

Can stock parts be cut to custom lengths?

For small quantities, it's often less expensive to cut stock parts than to custom run the part. We offer burrless knife cutting or saw cutting, depending on the particular part. 45° mitre cutting is also available.

Is there a minimum order amount?

WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT OF $50. This can be any combination of separate parts (excluding shipping).

Do you provide samples?

We supply samples so you can test the suitability of the product for your specific use. You, the customer, are wholly responsible for making that determination. We can ship samples of most Popco parts US MAIL free of charge. We can also ship samples Expedited UPS or Federal Express with your account number, including blind drop shipments.

What are your payment terms?

1% 10 days, net 30 days upon credit approval. Purchase order numbers requested. Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are also accepted.

Do you do drop shipments?

Drop shipment is available by customer request. We require an additional charge of $3.00 per destination for shipments to more than one location, plus any special packaging required.

Blind drop shipments can be made with your shipping label, and the product in a plain box. We do this frequently and confidentially.

What is your policy on damaged goods or shorts?

Report any damaged good or shortages within 48 hours of receipt. Order enough to cover your production overs. There is no penalty for adding onto an order within a reasonable amount of time.

What is your return policy?

Please order carefully. No returns will be accepted without Popco's prior written authorization. No returns will be accepted on custom or customized orders. No returns on stock items will be accepted after 30 days. There is a 25% restocking charge on the value of authorized return goods plus applicable freight charges to and from your destination.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PURCHASER

The Purchaser determines suitability for the application of any product herein and assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. Neither the seller nor the manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss, or damage direct or consequential arriving out of use of such product.

The Liability of Popco, Inc. under these terms shall not under any circumstances exceed the price paid by the purchaser to Popco. Popco has no liability for special, indirect, incidental or consequential damage, lost profits or economic loss whether arising in contact or tort, and the same are hereby expressly waived and excluded by the purchaser. CONSUMER PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Popco's products are for use in commercial displays and are not intended to be used as consumer products or as part of a toy for children. Small parts are a choking hazard.

For any parts we mold domestically, we can either provide or direct you to the "Material Data and Safety Sheets" from the manufacturers of the resins we use. We don't want any toxins in our products any more than you do, especially as we work with these products on a daily basis.

Nonetheless, Batch testing and compliance with CPSIA rules are wholly the responsibility of the purchaser.
