Honeycomb board, or fluted board, is a heavy material that is ideal for building in-store displays and product bins. One of the simplest ways of joining panels of these materials together is use Popco’s honeycomb screw. With this auger-like screw, you can simply build your display like a carpenter might build out of wood.

The screws are sharp enough to self-tap through non-coated board surfaces. For coated board surfaces, a shallow pilot hole is all that is needed to use the screws. We’ve even had success using a push-pin to break the hard surface of coated board, then letting the honeycomb screw self-tap through the rest of the material.
